Introduction

The Four Corners region is a vibrant and exciting place to live. We are blessed with many organizations contributing to our quality of life at all levels... city, county and national governments, countless art focused groups, clubs, civic minded non-profit organizations, educational, recreational, agricultural, businesses, entertainment organizations. The list could go on.

In this activity rich environment, we residents, our visitors and the tourists we invite here have the enviable problem of scheduling our time for best use with minimal conflict. I'm sure others of you have experienced the inevitable need to choose among several "must do" events scheduled for the same time.

While there is no absolute solution to this problem, there is a very simple strategy which is being followed throughout the region, allowing residents and organizations quick and easy visibility into the entire region's rich schedule when planning their own events. This strategy is providing residents the means to readily find and see a composite version of their favorite organizations' calendars and even integrate them with their personal calendar.

If the above were the only advantages of this strategy, it would be very helpful. There are many other advantages, however, not the least of which is the total lack of cost or infrastructure to accomplish it.
