Calendar List

List of Our Regional Public Calendars

See them all in one composite calendar... click the red blinky link in the upper left.

To include any of them in your Google Calendar, follow the directions below. Once in your calendar list, they are easily turned on or off or even deleted.

  1. Select a calendar from this list to include in your personal Google calendar list. Use the sample button to see each calendar then return to this page.
  2. RIGHT click (NOT LEFT) on the name and select “Copy Shortcut” (or in Firefox “Copy Link Location”).
  3. Go to your Google calendar and click “ADD” (under “Other Calendars” list) then click “Add by URL”.
  4. Click in the URL field, then paste into the URL field using Ctrl-V (hold Ctrl down and tap “V”). Then click “ADD” on the right.

    • To Submit a Public Calendar to this List

    1. When you have created your organization’s Google calendar and made it public, go to “settings”
    2. Select the “Calendars” tab at the top of the page
    3. Click the title of your public calendar to go to the settings for that calendar
    4. Down where there’s several buttons, in “Calendar Address” click the “HTML” button
    5. In the resulting small window, highlight (drag over with mouse) the very long link and copy it with a CTRL−C (hold down CTRL and tap C).
    6. Paste the link into the body of an email. Also put into the email the exact name of the calendar. Send the email to chris@foran.net.
